Phase 1 is designed as about 30 kilometres and two lines. Yellow Line: Sikandra–Taj East Gate, ~14.3 km, mixed elevated and underground, PAC depot association. Blue Line: Agra Cantt–Kalindi Vihar, ~15.4 km, elevated, Kalindi Vihar depot in project notes.
Only the Yellow Line priority corridor is in passenger service. Interchange is planned near Agra College / St John’s. Multimodal links are intended with Agra Cantt and Raja Ki Mandi railways and ISBT buses.
