How to travel
- Check that your station is operational. Only the Yellow Line priority corridor is in passenger service.
- Buy a token, generate an official QR ticket, or tap a smart card. Hotel agents do not sell valid tickets.
- Clear security. Liquids and large bags slow you down and may be refused.
- Follow yellow tactile paths if you need them. Use lifts if stairs are difficult.
- Board when the door chime allows. Do not force closing doors.
- Never enter the trackbed. Third-rail power is lethal.
On a phone this page is a checklist. On a desktop, use it with the route table open in another tab. Last-train time at a mid station is earlier than at a terminal. If you have an evening train at Agra Cantt, metro is not a substitute for Blue Line until that line opens.
Women coach
A reserved coach is a safety feature, not a suggestion for men travelling alone. Stand under the platform pictogram. Families should follow on-ground staff if the reserved coach is crowded. Harassment is a police matter: move toward other passengers, tell staff at the next station, call 112.
Luggage, pets, complaints
Oversized suitcase plus Taj queue plus metro gate is a bad combination. Store spare bags at the hotel. Pets are generally not allowed except trained assistance animals where rules permit. Complaints go to the station controller first, then the official helpline. This website cannot issue a refund or reopen a gate.
